Should the goods we deliver be faulty or damaged, you should contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of the goods and return the goods to us promptly.
The goods are deemed faulty:
If they do not correspond to the description or the design selected
If there is a manufacturing fault or defect which was present at the time of delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept returned goods not in their original condition, at our discretion.
Please note that all returns of goods are made at your cost and risk until they are returned safely to us.
We recommend that UK customers send the goods to us via Royal Mail special delivery or some other form of insured postage.
Please retain your shipping or postal documentation so that we can complete your request in the event of goods being lost in transit.
We will inform you as soon as we receive the returned goods, and we will then process your request either by a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
