LONE STAG SPIRITS

I make the Lone Stag Spirits in my kitchen at home, I make them in the traditional method in tiny 5 and 8 litre batches, the zest is thinly cut by hand, my mother helps me with that.

I use only the best British farm grown fruit. The fruits are soused in the finest quality gin and vodka, infused until just right, then we filter and bottle by hand.

My lovely friends in the village help me label the bottles, then we box them up nicely in handmade wooden boxes, and tie a bow. We even have our cocktail recipe cards, with some cheeky cocktails for you to make!

We girls have had such fun coming up with some funny names, because we feel, we should never take life too seriously. Bottoms up!

We’ve won awards and are pretty proud of it!

I had my Gwyneth Paltrow winning an Oscar moment when I won my first British Great Taste Award in 2016, again wining another prestigious award for our old family recipe Raspberry Lone Stag Spirit in 2017.

Add half a shot to your favourite bubbles or try “Feeling Frisky” from our cocktail list. In a Champagne glass over ice half a shot of Lone Stag Raspberry spirit, a teaspoon of pomegranate seeds, topped up with chilled Belvoir rose & elderflower pressé.

Awarded a Great Taste Award by the Guild of Fine Food 2016 Vodka infused with mouth-watering citrusy mélange of clementine, lemon and lime.

Try “Keep it Surreal,” from our cocktail list. A shot of Zesty over crushed ice topped up with elderflower pressé and a sprig of fresh mint. Delicate and aromatic!

Gin infused with red cherries lime & black pepper. Oodles of best red cherries, soused in gin with a touch of lime juice and zest, cracked black pepper adds a wonderfully warming edge, rich and extravagant.
