Top Tip: If you want beautifully clear ice cubes then boil the water first – let it cool first before filling your tray and adding the fruit though otherwise you’ll have a stewed berry!
Pour your cooled boiled water into the ice cube tray
Add a blackberry to each compartment and freeze for at least six hours.
