Blackberry ice-cubes

Method:

Top Tip: If you want beautifully clear ice cubes then boil the water first – let it cool first before filling your tray and adding the fruit though otherwise you’ll have a stewed berry!

Pour your cooled boiled water into the ice cube tray

Add a blackberry to each compartment and freeze for at least six hours.

Fun Cocktail Tip: Instead of water, add the leftovers of a bottle of fizz to your tray to create alcoholic blackberry ice cubes!
